What you will you need for the class

h2o bootcamp

What do I need to bring? A towel, set of regular dumbbells 2-5-10 lbs (depending on your own strength, challenge yourself) , yoga mat and bottled water to stay hydrated.

What should I wear? Swimsuit, spandex shorts or shorts that can get wet, aqua shoes or a pair of sneakers you don't mind wearing in the water.


Class Description

5-10 min Dryland Workout
Focus on strengthening the core
Active stretching



5-8 min Warm-up
Focus on getting the body moving and warm in the water



30-40 min Cardio, Strength and Resistance Training


High intensity cardio to fantastic music
Constant movement with little to no breaks
Focus on specific muscle groups
Use weights, resistance bands and dumbbells
Slow and controlled movements



5 min Cool-Down and Stretch
Lower heart-rate
Stretch main muscle groups
