What you will you need for the class

h2o bootcamp

What do I need to bring? A towel, set of regular dumbbells 2-5-10 lbs (depending on your own strength, challenge yourself) , yoga mat and bottled water to stay hydrated.

What should I wear? Swimsuit, spandex shorts or shorts that can get wet, aqua shoes or a pair of sneakers you don't mind wearing in the water.
